Experienced Professional
I am a National Board Certified Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with years of success assisting individuals in the areas of anxiety, depression, and general issues in order to make the changes that they wanted in order to live the lives that they want. I am also a member of the American Institute of Stress. I am now expanding to coaching in order to reach an even larger group of people. If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, my services aim to introduce clarity and self-motivation. I also teach techniques to better Manage the emotional stress of everyday life.
